    • Only those person(s) listed on the loaner vehicle agreement are eligible to operate our loaner vehicles for insurance reasons
    • Tolls, traffic tickets, and parking tickets are ultimately your responsibility (you authorize your provided credit card to cover these charges if incurred)
    • Damage not noted prior to the original condition report are your responsibility
    • Pets and smoking in the cabin are not permitted (detailing fees up to $300.00 apply)
    • Driving distance must be restricted to no more than 200 miles of our Lexus dealership's location in Middletown, NY (stay within the metro New York region)
    • Loaner vehicles should be returned to Lexus of Orange County within six hours of completion of service and repairs to ensure other patrons have the ability to enjoy their convenience ($150.00 charge per day is added after this deadline is passed)
    • Those services requiring less than 90 minutes of our mechanic's time don't qualify for this complimentary program
    • Loaner vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as when you receive them
